I) Payment Methods at Ngô Đồng Travel

Cash Payment:
Customers are kindly requested to visit the Ngô Đồng Travel office at Âu Cơ Street, Phước Hải, Cửa Đại, Hoi An, Quảng Nam to make a direct payment.

Bank Transfer Payment:

When making a bank transfer, please include your full name, address, phone number, tour name, and registered departure date.

After transferring, please send the payment slip (via Viber/Zalo/Email) to the company and contact the assigned staff to receive your official tour/ticket from Ngô Đồng Travel.

Note: Ngô Đồng Travel is not responsible for automatic cancellations of registrations if the above requirements are not fully adhered to.

II) Cancellation and Service Cancellation Fees

Cancellation by Ngô Đồng Travel:
If Ngô Đồng Travel is unable to carry out the booked tour or service, we will immediately inform you and refund the full amount paid within 3 days of the cancellation notice.

Cancellation by the Customer:
To cancel a tour, please notify us in writing or via email (cancellations by phone will not be accepted). Additionally, kindly bring the tour registration form and payment receipt to the Ngô Đồng Travel office for cancellation processing.

Requests to transfer or change tours will be considered by the company, and reasonable fees may apply.

Cancellation fees depend on the timing of cancellation and are in accordance with Ngô Đồng Travel’s policy, including both tour cancellation fees and any banking fees associated with online payments.

Cancellation policy for holiday tours:

  • 15 days before departure: 35% cancellation fee of the tour price + 100% of the airfare.

  • 10 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the tour price + 100% of the airfare.

  • 7 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee of the tour price + 100% of the airfare.

  • 5 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee of the tour price + 100% of the airfare.

If a customer arrives late: Late arrivals will be treated as cancellations made 5 days before departure.

For group tours with fewer than 10 participants: If there are fewer than 10 customers, Ngô Đồng Travel will notify you 3 days prior to any changes to the departure date or provide a full refund of the deposit.

Note: Cancellations must be communicated via fax, email, or text message and confirmed by the company.

III) Responsibilities and Commitments

Ngô Đồng Travel’s Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the published itinerary.

  • Provide all necessary information and regulations for the trip, including details on entry and exit requirements (if applicable).

  • For international tours, Ngô Đồng Travel is not responsible if the customer is denied entry or exit by the authorities of the destination country. Any additional costs arising from this denial will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customer’s Responsibilities:

  • Make full and timely payments as requested.

  • Adhere to the program and follow the guide’s instructions throughout the journey.

  • Provide all necessary documents for immigration procedures, as per the regulations and when requested.

  • Comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country during the trip.

  • Ngô Đồng Travel is not liable for any legal or financial responsibility if customers violate the laws or regulations of the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to violations, and Ngô Đồng Travel will assist in minimizing the damage.

Right to Alter the Itinerary:
Ngô Đồng Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, rearrange the order of visits, or cancel the trip if necessary for the convenience and safety of customers. Any changes will be communicated to the customer beforehand.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the issue will be taken to court in accordance with current legal regulations. The losing party will bear any associated costs.
